I am studying to be a certified holistic health counselor at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. My program deconstructs every major popular dietary theory and examines a person's emotional health, energy level, relationships, stress level and general well being in addition to simply giving nutritional advice and support.
What is the philosophy of Integrative Nutrition? We all eat, all day every day. But for some reason most people don't know what to eat. People are searching for ways to live a healthier, happier life. I was relieved to discover an intelligent, flexible approach at Integrative Nutrition and now I'm even empowered to work with others to help make the world a better place.
The program offers exciting dynamic education from world-renowned leaders like Mehmet Oz, MD; Andrew Weil, MD; Deepak Chopra, Mark Hyman, MD; Barry Sears PhD; Walter Willett, MD; Iyanla Vanzant, PhD; Paul Pitchford, Sally Fallon, David Wolfe and many other inspiring leaders.
I will be offering a six month program consisting of twice monthly 1:1 counseling, email support, cooking classes, group programs and additional offerings in career and complex medical decision making counseling.
I will be launching a website in March 2008 and a newsletter in January 2008 around the time when I will be accepting new clients. Please let me know if you would like to be part of the initial subscription list for both. In addition I am looking for office space. If you know of anyone providing part time private office space where I can conduct consultations, please let me know. The email specific to my new business will be sobelwellness@gmail.com. Please contact me there.
